ESD manufactures a complete line of above ground, enhanced corrugated plate Oil Water Separators designed to remove free and dispersed non-emulsified oil and settle-able solids in accordance with API 421 @ flows from 10 to 250 GPM.

Oil/Water Separation

Used on the toughest applications around the world, oil water separators are designed to remove oils from water by relying on the differential in specific gravity between oil and water to do the separation. Once the contaminated water is processed by the oil/water separator, it is often treated with ESD’s biological wastewater treatment system for further decontamination. ESD Waste2Water’s oil water separators are designed to remove oil, grease, light petroleum products, and oily coated solids from a variety of wastewater discharges. They are typically installed in turf care and industrial areas that manage oily wastewater generated during processes such as bulk petroleum storage and handling, aircraft and vehicle fueling, maintenance, equipment washing, groundwater treatment and environmental remediation of contaminated sites. Suitable for mobile operation, ESD’s Oil Water Separators are fully transportable and easily retrofitted for existing operations.
