ESD’s heavy equipment washing solutions include closed loop systems that offer complete heavy equipment cleaning.  The ESD closed loop systems include high powered hoses that deliver high pressured hot and cold water to clean dirt, mud and other debris from heavy equipment. Equipment wash pads collect solid debris and contaminated water ensuring that the surrounding environment isn’t polluted during heavy equipment cleaning. The contaminated water is filtered and cleaned with a wash water recycling system. The wash water is cleaned using a biological treatment process that removes organic contaminants without adding chemicals. The filtered wash water is then directed back through the system to the high pressure hoses, completing the closed loop system.
