ESD’s paint pretreatment wash systems offer powder coating and painting operations in a 3 in 1 paint pretreatment system. The 3 in 1 system not only prepares parts for painting but also recycles and reuses the majority of phosphate used by the system.
- First, the system cleans and pretreats metal parts with a heated phosphatizing solution.
- Second, the system offers phosphate recycling with a 90 percent recovery rate. Allowing you to pretreat parts for painting while also saving time and money.
- Finally, a fresh water rinse cycle completes the final preparation of metal parts.
ESD’s paint pretreatment wash system can be used as a stand alone unit or incorporate with portable wash pads and other ESD products. Our portable wash pads and portable wash racks allow you to prepare any parts for painting while controlling groundwater contamination. All ESD parts can be used in a fully integrated system along with or integrated into an existing system.
