ESD has a wide array of products and fully integrated systems designed specifically for industries that require wastewater recycling solutions for parts washing.  ESD offers both closed loop parts wash stations and custom build parts wash stations.

The Portable Wash Station (PWS) series is a line of self-contained wash stations containing our best part washing equipment. The PWS series offers closed loop system that includes: a portable wash rack with a capacity of 4,500 lbs; a wash pad that separates contaminated water and larger solid materials; a biological treatment unit that removes organic contaminants; wash water recycling bin that holds treated water that is filtered back through the system. The entire parts washing system can be customized to the specification of your site’s parts washing needs.

ESD can also retrofit any our our parts washing equipment with the equipment you already have.
