ESD’s equipment wash pads and equipment wash racks ensure that your oil field is properly using and disposing of water used in parts washings. ESD’s washwater recycling system effectively treats water contaminated with fuel, grease and oils common to oil field equipment. Reclaimed wash water is then reused by the system; completing the washwater recycling system.
ESD’s in-ground Oil/Water Separator traps fuel while water flows out to the sump in the wash area for processing. Other designs direct fuel contaminants to an adjacent wash area or to a sanitary sewer.
Our equipment wash pads and equipment wash racks allow you to clean equipment while controlling groundwater contamination. ESD containment pads can be used in a fully integrated system along with or integrated into an existing system.
