• The Waste2Water wash water recycle system (Model 750) is located in adjacent equipment shed with hot water pressure washer.
• Pressure washer uses recycled water to clean several pieces of equipment daily.    

 

Department of Forestry in Gainesville Florida

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• The Department of Forestry in Gainesville Florida needed a totally stand-alone closed-loop wash pad for washing a variety of forestry equipment.
• ESD provided the stand-alone wash area pictured above.
• The wash water recycle system is housed in a customized portable container along with a solids separator, water cannon and hot water pressure washer.
• The controls for the pressure washer and water cannon are conveniently mounted on the outside of the of the container for easy access.
• The heavy-duty portable wash pad includes on and off ramps for a drive-through design.
• The wash pad also has an integrated above-ground mud pit.
• Heavy mud can be handled conveniently with a skid steer loader.

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Heavy Equipment Washing and Vehicle Washing Equipment dealer located in the Midwest with both outside and inside wash bays serviced by one Waste2Water recycle system (Model 850).
• Equipment is washed with a customer supplied hot water pressure washer and a Waste2Water water cannon.
• Equipment dealer sells and services a wide variety of turf care and construction equipment.
• The inside wash bay is used year round and the outside bay is used as weather permits

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Heavy Equipment Washing and Vehicle Washing City fleet operation with dual, drive-through, covered wash bays.
• Uses recycled wash water from a Model 5000 with a hoses and/or pressure washers to clean over 200 city vehicles.
• The vehicles range from pickups, street sweepers, loaders, vacuum trucks, police cars, garbage trucks and more.       

 

Pasco County Fleet Operations - Pasco County, FL  

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Heavy Equipment Washing and Vehicle Washing One of 1,100 vehicles and equipment being washed by a automated car wash system, in a facility designed, built and serviced by ESD for Pasco County in Florida.
• The wash area has two wash bays. One wash bay is for manually washing equipment and vehicles with a pressure washer and water cannon.
• The second bay utilizes an automated car wash.
• Items that are washed at this operation range from pickup trucks and ambulances to garbage trucks and asphalt paving equipment.
• Wash water is 100% recycled through an ESD biological treatment system Model 5000.      

 

NES Rentals  - Austell, GA  

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Heavy Equipment Washing and Vehicle Washing Equipment rental yard located in the Atlanta, GA area has an outside wash area with a recycle system (Model 750) located outside as well.
• Equipment is washed with recycled water using a garden hose or cold water pressure washer.
• The rental yard washes a variety of aerial platform units, traffic control items and other construction equipment.    

 

Ocean County Public Works - Egypt, NJ  

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Heavy Equipment Washing and Vehicle Washing This Public Works facility in New Jersey washes dump trucks with salts spreaders, front-end loaders, pickup trucks and mowing equipment.
• The Model 850 wash water recycling system is housed in an equipment building provided by ESD Waste2Water.
• The recycle system feeds (2) hot water pressure washers located in the enclosed wash bays.    

 

Alabama Rental Yard  

FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Heavy Equipment Washing and Vehicle Washing Rental yard in Alabama required a portable wash pad with a recycle system to wash a variety of industrial generators, heaters and chillers. 
• ESD installed a Model 750 wash water recycle system with a solids separator and a 16' x 32' portable wash pad with heavy-duty ramps. 
• The portable wash pad and recycle system were placed on a bed of gravel, underneath an existing awning for a closed-loop wash operation.
